French 76


  • 2 shots of Trailblazer

  • 1 shot of lemon juice

  • Half a shot of simple syrup

  • Prosecco or another form of sparkling wine


In an ice filled cocktail shaker add all ingredients minus sparkling wine. Shake well for 10 seconds and double strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon zest peel

  • 2 shots of Trailblazer

  • 1 shot of fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • Half shot of simple syrup (sugar and water heated and mixed together left to cool ratio of 1:1)

  • Half a shot of crème de mure (if unable to get just use Ribena or Blackcurrant cordial)


Put ice and ingredients minus blackcurrant in a cocktail shaker and shake together for 10 seconds. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Pour in your blackcurrant and garnish with fresh dark berries.



  • 4 shots of Trailblazer

  • 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice


Put ingredients in a shaker dry, shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with lime wheel.

E.P Lemon Fizz


  • 2 shots of Trailblazer

  • 1 shot of lemon (or lime juice) or if you want half shots of both lemon and lime juice

  • Half a shot of limoncello (we recommend Ambra Limoncello)

  • Soda water


Put ice in a tumbler glass and build with ingredients minus the soda. Stir gently then top with soda water. Garnish with lemon or lime.

Gin, Juice & Bitters


  • 1 and half shots of Trailblazer

  • Juice of choice (orange, pineapple or breakfast juice make for the best cocktail)

  • 5 dashes of plain bitters


Put ice in highball glass add gin and juice, add the bitters and garnish with orange wedge or pineapple chunk. To try something different use pineapple juice and dashes of orange flavoured bitters and garnish with orange and pineapple.

Gin Martini


  • 2 and half shots of Trailblazer

  • Half a shot of dry vermouth.


Put ingredients in an ice filled shaker, if you want to make it a dirty martini add half a shot of olive juice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a pre chilled martini glass. Garnish with two pimento olives.
